We are close to Lac de Guerledan on which there are canoes, sailing boats and pedaloes and it's also ideal to use launch your own boat which you can do free of charge.
There are plenty of things to do and the area is especially good for cycling and walking as well as visiting the many medieval towns which are so beautiful.
The north coast is only 40 minutes away and the south about an hour but to save travelling Lac de Guerledan has lovely safe sandy beaches for the children to use.
