The two country-houses are each consisting of two individual cottages, of which one has two bedrooms and the other three. Since the cottages are perched against a hill, the kitchen annex dining room with French doors is at the same level as the terrace, the sitting room , bedrooms and bathroom are on the first floor and two of the cottages have a third bedroom on the second floor. Every house has a private garden and terrace and share a large garden in front with swings, boules area, table tennis, and the salt water swimming pool.
