QuestionI have activated my account but when I log in - it says it is not activated?
AnswerThis is due to your browser settings. Try enabling Cookies (On IE you should find this under TOOLS, INTERNET OPTIONS and the PRIVACY TAB). Alternatively try setting your browser security settings lower.

QuestionI have forgotten my password - what do I do?
AnswerPlease go to the forgotten password page and we will send you a new password.

QuestionI am sure my password is correct but I still cannot log in?
AnswerOne of the most common reasons for this is because you have changed your email address. Remember that if you change your email address - your login ID will change so you must use the NEW address not the old one. Your password will still be the same (unless you changed that too).

QuestionWhy have I not received an email with my activation key?
AnswerThis is probably because you have typed in the wrong email address. As soon as you register we send you an email with your activation key and you should receive it almost immediately. Occasionally your email program may filter out the email. Check your junk folder to see if the email with your password is in there instead of the inbox..

QuestionMy email is wrong - what should I do?
AnswerYou have two choices. Either log back in and edit your profile in which case you can change the email address to the correct one.

QuestionMy email is definitely correct but my account is not activated - what should I do?
AnswerFirstly try logging out and then back in. When you log back in, if your account is not activated we automatically send you another email with your activation key. If you still do not receive an email - check your email address again. Are you absolutely sure it is correct?.

QuestionPlease stop sending me emails telling me to activate my account
AnswerIf we are sending you emails it is because you have registered. Remember that by registering you have agreed to our terms and conditions that allow us to send you emails. If in the mean time you wish to stop these emails - activate your account and they will stop. You are not under any obligation to place an advert.

QuestionPlease delete me from your web site
AnswerIf you have decided not to use our free service any more, you can log in and delete your adverts yourself. A few weeks after that your account will also be automatically deleted.

QuestionAdding your photos
AnswerYour photos must be saved as JPG (jpeg) before uploading (See your photo program to do this). Ideally the photos must be under 1Mb (MegaByte) in size before uploading (Tip: Reduce the size & quality of your photos in your PC program before uploading)
